About Me!

Hi everyone! My name is Grace and I just recently graduated from UW Madison! I have been active my whole life doing everything from club soccer to hiking the national parks with my family. Once I got to college I focused primarily on weight lifting, and I now incorporate, running, sprint intervals, pilates and weights all into a balanced program! I spend my free time working, creating new recipes, at the gym, or hanging out with friends.
